To implement the CPC Central Committee and State Council rural revitalization strategy and strengthen the postal industry’s service capacity

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and centered on the overall goal of agricultural and rural modernization, the Opinions set out the approach and targets for postal industry service to rural revitalization. It is expected that by

the year, postal services will reach every township with a post office and every incorporated village with direct postal access; express delivery will have outlets in every township and service in every village, with full e-commerce delivery and distribution coverage in incorporated villages. County-level postal supply capacity and quality will improve markedly, agri-related delivery and logistics offerings will be more abundant, green development results will be evident, and delivery channels will remain safe and smooth.
