PP Spunbond Nonwoven Bonding: Zhejiang 1502 PP Adhesive for Metal and PP Plastic Substrates
Adhesive pick for PP spunbond nonwoven: Zhejiang 1502 PP adhesive, one product line covering both nonwoven-to-metal and nonwoven-to-PP plastic bonding duties.
H-1502 PP-specific adhesive is a one-component adhesive formulated on a special resin base.
Its development target is polypropylene
(PP) material, giving good self-bonding and mutual bonding across PP sheets, PP foam boards, sheets, pipes and films, plus solid adhesion to polyethylene (PE), EPP,
(PVC), PVA,
EVA, PET, ABS, nylon, sponge, film, acrylic, rubber, metal, bamboo and wood, fabrics and paper. H-1502 PP
adhesive is used widely across
plastic products, the home appliance industry, the radio industry, decoration and fit-out, craft toys, insulation materials, packaging and printing, and is today an ideal bonding agent for PP (polypropylene) plastics. It cures naturally at room temperature, offers a moderate setting time and high bond strength, does not whiten after curing, and performs well against water, corrosion and rust. The product meets EU ROHS requirements and has passed SGS testing.

Sets in 10 minutes; fully cured in 24-48 hours
- Before bonding, remove oil, grease or dust from the substrate surface.
Single-side application: after applying an even coat to one side,
surface dry in about 1 hour, fully cured in 24 hours.
- Double-side application: after coating both sides (a slightly thinner adhesive layer is acceptable), leave for about 5-8 minutes until the adhesive feels tacky to the touch but does not string, then join the parts and press so both surfaces fit tightly together;
strength is achieved immediately upon joining,
measure the strength after 24 hours.
