Beijing’s 2013 Creditworthy Printing Enterprise Applications Open July 15: Materials, Filing and Downloads

Under the Beijing Municipal Press and Publication Bureau’s “Notice on Carrying Out the Evaluation of Creditworthy Enterprises in Beijing’s Printing, Publishing and Distribution Industries” (Jing Xin Chu Ji [2009] No. 524), the Beijing printing industry has completed two previous rounds of creditworthy enterprise assessment—in 2009 and 2011—with 52 printing enterprises receiving the honorary title of “Creditworthy Enterprise.” A new notice indicates that applications for the 2013 round will open soon.

The Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise Evaluation (2013), co-hosted by the Beijing Municipal Press and Publication Bureau and the Beijing Printing Association, is preparing to accept applications. The key arrangements are as follows.

1. Application period:

From July 15 to September 15, 2013, applicant enterprises must submit their application materials to the Beijing Printing Association during this period.

1. Enterprise application materials include:
2. Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise application form;
3. Photocopies of the enterprise legal person business license and its duplicate;
4. Photocopy of the printing license;
5. Balance sheets for the previous year and the first half of the current year;
6. The Self-Assessment Score Table (to be completed by the applicant), the Preliminary Review Score Table, and the Re-Review Evaluation Table;
7. The Creditworthy Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial) form completed by the applicant after self-assessment;
8. Relevant materials required by the Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial).
9. Requirements for application materials:

Application materials must be bound into one volume, with the cover reading “Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise Evaluation File” plus the enterprise name;

Part One is the “Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise Application Form” and the materials required by that form (items 1–4 above);

Part Two is the Self-Assessment Score Table, Preliminary Review Score Table, and Re-Review Evaluation Table (item 5 above); Part Three is the Creditworthy Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial) (item 6 above);

Part Four is the “enterprise assessment-related materials” (item 7 above).

Application materials must be submitted in triplicate and bound into one volume.

Among the application materials, the Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise Application Form, Self-Assessment Score Table, Preliminary Review Score Table, Re-Review Evaluation Table, and Creditworthy Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial), as well as the Scoring Standards for the Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial) for enterprise self-scoring and expert preliminary scoring, can all be downloaded from the Beijing Printing Association website.
2. Enterprises that were already assessed and won the title of “Beijing Printing Industry Creditworthy Enterprise” in 2009 and 2011 do not need to apply again.
