Engineered for high-barrier liquid packaging, this pouch uses a stand-up BIB format. Its four-side seals are flat and secure, while rounded corners help prevent punctures during shipping. For dispensing, choose a touch valve or spout: a light press releases liquid and the closure reseals when pressure is removed, reducing air ingress. Screw-cap and standard spout options are also available for filling lines and end users. The pouch can serve as an inner liner or as a stand-alone pack for hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water and other oxidation-prone liquids.
The core material is an aluminum foil laminate. PET, NY and PE layers can be added as needed to create a multilayer structure that blocks light, oxygen and moisture. Gravure printing runs in 1–8 colors, delivering crisp detail and stable color across full-bleed areas and small text. Capacities span 100ml to 20L, with formats covering flat pouches, stand-up pouches, spouted pouches and bag-in-box (BIB). Spout diameter and bag dimensions can be matched to your filling equipment.
Applications include hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water, fruit puree, concentrates, sauces and household and personal care liquids where light and oxygen protection matters. The customization workflow is simple: share a sample, drawing or size requirement; we propose the structure and print layout; after approval, we produce a sample and then move to mass production. Our facility is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. We support custom orders from samples or artwork, 1–8 color gravure printing, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material on request, and delivery according to the agreed schedule.
