This foil and metallised pouch is positioned for calf colostrum feeding on dairy and livestock farms. The format is typically a three-side-seal or stand-up pouch with a feeding-tube port at the top, compatible with screw caps or push-in feeding tubes. Wide edge seals and heat-sealing keep the fill secure, while the gusseted base stands upright for filling lines and on-farm handling during transport and daily use.
The laminate is built on food-grade structures such as PET/foil/PE or PET/metallised film/PE, combining oxygen and light barrier with puncture resistance for powdered or liquid colostrum. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure, so a milk-white base and brand graphics can be reproduced consistently. Standard volumes cover 2L, 3L and 4L; matching roll film is available for automatic filling lines, and pouch dimensions can be adjusted to suit your equipment.
Typical applications include livestock farming, animal nutrition and pet milk-replacer ranges, as well as branded repacking of colostrum and milk replacer powders. Customisation starts from samples or drawings: material, size, feeding-tube specification and artwork are confirmed, then a sample is produced for approval.
