These foil and metallised pouches are built as stand-up or three-side-seal formats, formed by heat-sealing laminated films into a flat, secure edge. Depending on the fill, the pouch can be fitted with a spout, valve or tear notch, making it suitable for toner, lotion, hair perm lotion and similar personal care liquids with different flow characteristics. The outer surface can be printed in solid white or full-colour blocks, helping overseas brands present label information directly on shelf.
Food-grade laminates typically combine PET, aluminium foil or metallised film and PE, balancing barrier, light-blocking and product-contact performance. The exact layer build can be adjusted to the fill and required shelf life. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with custom artwork produced from samples or drawings. Sizes and volumes can be converted from a client's bottle specification, generally covering 100ml to 5L.
Typical applications include personal care, beauty and hairdressing products, plus selected liquid food items, supplied to importers and brand owners through OEM/ODM programmes. The usual process starts with a customer sample or drawing; our team confirms structure, material and print artwork before sampling and bulk production.
