Custom Trapezoid Aluminum Foil Stand-Up Pouches for Curing Agents and Grout

The pouch gains its upright stance from a folded bottom gusset, so filled packs can stand for storage or shelf display. Depending on the filling line, it can be made in three-side seal, four-side seal or custom trapezoid formats. The top can be fitted with a spout, valve, screw cap or zipper, while seal width and embossed patterns remain adjustable. This balance of rigidity and sealing reliability works well for pasty or liquid building materials that carry noticeable weight and flow, and tooling can be developed from samples or drawings.

Foil is laminated with PET, nylon and PE films to form the pouch body. The aluminum layer blocks light and improves barrier performance, and the inner heat-seal layer creates seal strength. Structures can switch between metallized film and pure aluminum foil based on the contents. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, with options such as matte, gloss or spot varnish. Common fills range from 100ml to 5L; bag width, height, bottom gusset and spout diameter are made to drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for automatic filling lines.

Typical applications include curing agents, water-based polyurethane mortars, tile grout, waterproof coatings and liquid additives. The customization route is simple: submit a sample or artwork, confirm the material structure and print colour count, then approve a proof before bulk production.
