Built on a top spout with a bottom-gusset stand-up base, this shaped aluminum foil pouch can take a die-cut profile for children's jelly, while juice and beverage brands often choose a standard stand-up spout bag. Three-side or four-side seals deliver flat, secure edges. Spout options include straight, screw-cap and valve versions, compatible with hot-fill and ambient filling. A tear notch at the seal area allows consumers to open or drink directly, balancing shelf appeal with on-the-go convenience.

Laminates are matched to the contents and sterilization method: PET/foil/PE, PET/metallized film/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE are common choices. The foil layer blocks oxygen and moisture, while metallized film balances light protection with cost. Printing is done in 1-8 color gravure, covering full-color backgrounds, spot colors and gradients; sample-based and artwork-based customization are both supported. Available volumes span 50ml to 500ml, with extension to 1L when required.
