Custom High-Barrier Spouted Pouches | 380ml Aluminium Foil & Metallized Liquid Packaging

Built around a top-mounted spout, this pouch is aimed at small-format liquids that consumers carry with them. It can be made with three-side or four-side seals, and a gusseted base gives the pack a stand-up shape. Depending on how the product is filled, the top can take a spout or valve, with cap choices including tamper-evident rings, flip caps and pull rings. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch body for dependable closure performance. Low-viscosity liquids such as mineral water, hydrogen water and alkaline water are a good fit. Users can open and drink with one hand, and the pack stores easily in a backpack or car cup holder.

The pouch body is based on aluminium foil laminate, with common multilayer builds such as PET/foil/PE or PET/metallised film/PE. The middle barrier layer helps limit light, oxygen and aroma transfer, while the food-grade heat-seal layer supports consistent seal strength. Gravure printing is available in 1-8 colours, so graphics, colour codes and text can follow supplied artwork. Surface finishes include matte, gloss and spot varnish. Fill volumes range from about 100ml to 5L; spout size, pouch dimensions and roll width are all adjustable, and matching roll film in the same structure can be provided.

These packs suit drinking water, functional beverages, juice and tea, liquid condiments and personal care items, especially e-commerce portable packs, gift sets and small-format retail lines. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making are completed in the same manufacturing park.
