Custom High-Barrier Aluminium Foil & Metallised Stand-Up Spout Pouches for Wine, Spirits & Juice (100ml–5L)

This stand-up spout pouch is aimed at liquid filling where reliable barrier protection matters. A widened bottom gusset keeps the pouch stable after filling and on display, and the bag can be made with either three-side or four-side seals. The top can be fitted with a screw-cap spout or direct-drink spout, with valve and tamper-evident cap options available. Wider side seals and a reinforced weld at the spout base are used to reduce leakage and the risk of recontamination.

The pouch body is a multi-layer lamination of aluminium foil or metallised film with PET, NY, PE and other substrates, creating a light-blocking, oxygen- and moisture-barrier structure. The number of lamination layers can be adjusted to suit the fill product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving clear image depth and stable colour, with matt, gloss or tactile surface finishes available. Common volumes are 100ml-5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameter and spout position can be customised to your drawing, and matching roll film can be supplied.

Applications include wine, spirits, fruit wine, juice, cocktails, concentrates and sauces, as well as liquid filling for personal care and home care products. Custom orders can begin with a sample or artwork, then move through structure and material confirmation, proofing, printing and bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean room. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; matching roll film is available, and production and shipment follow agreed milestones.
