The core format is a four-side seal spouted pouch. Its four seals are flat and strong, and the pouch panel is rigid enough to stand after filling when a bottom gusset or stand-up construction is added. Spout options include a standard screw cap, flip-top, or one-way valve; these pour smoothly and help limit backflow, which suits liquids that need flow control and leak protection. The same laminate can also be converted into flat three-side or four-side seal pouches without a spout for powders and creams. Bag dimensions, spout diameter, and seal width can all be matched to customer samples or drawings.

The pouch body commonly uses an aluminium foil laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE. The foil layer provides light blocking and barrier performance, while the inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal material. Printing is 1–8 color gravure, delivering consistent solid areas and gradients, with matte or gloss surface finishes available. Typical fill volumes range from 100ml to 5L; film thickness, pouch style, and spout diameter are determined by the contents and filling method.

In application, these packs are mainly used for small-format liquid packaging such as collagen oral liquids, enzyme drinks, probiotic beverages, fruit purees, and sauces.
