Custom 5L High-Barrier Aluminum Foil / Metallized Spout Pouch with Handle for Hydrogen-Rich Water
A stand-up spout pouch with carry handle, made from high-barrier aluminum foil laminated film and available from 100ml to 5L. It is designed for hydrogen-rich water, low-deuterium spring water and other liquid filling, with custom 1-8 color gravure printing.

The pouch combines a top carry handle with the dispensing spout, while its four-side-seal construction and stand-up bottom let the filled pack remain upright. This makes it suitable for medium-to-large liquid volumes of around 5L. Choose a screw cap or push-pull valve for the spout; both allow smooth pouring and one-handed use. A widened bottom gusset and neatly reinforced seals help lower leakage risk during transport and storage, and the handle makes the pack easy to carry.
Aluminum foil laminated film forms the barrier core of the pouch. Typical structures include PET/AL/PA/RCPP and PET/VMPET/PA/PE: the foil layer blocks oxygen, moisture and light, while a food-grade inner heat-seal layer closes the bag. Decorating is done with 1-8 color gravure printing, and finishes such as full coverage, spot matte and gloss varnish are available. Bag dimensions, spout diameter, handle position and capacity can all be customized to your drawing, normally from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film in the same structure is also offered.
Common uses include hydrogen-rich water, low-deuterium spring water, mineral water, juice drinks, concentrates, edible oil and household liquid products, especially those that need light protection and a long shelf life. The custom workflow covers requirement discussion, sample or artwork confirmation, proof approval, mass production and shipment. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean room. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and printing and bag-making are handled in-house, with production scheduled against the approved sample and lead time to support on-time delivery.
