Built for single-serve colour cosmetics and skincare, this pouch can be produced as a three-side-seal or stand-up format. The top can remain flat, take a standard spout, or use a spout with an integrated brush applicator. Consistent seal width and a smooth seal line help reduce leakage, while spout choices include straight, angled and flip-top designs. Orifice size is matched to your filling method so brands can use the pack for gift-with-purchase items, sampling programs and travel sizes.

Aluminium foil laminates and metallized laminates are the main materials, with structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE available. Layer count and thickness can be tuned around barrier performance and tactile feel. Gravure printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and supports full coverage backgrounds, spot varnish and matte finishes, keeping artwork detail sharp. Pouch width, length and fill volume span a broad range, covering small formats like serums and eyeliner liquids as well as medium cream products, and matching roll film can be supplied in the same construction.

Target applications are concentrated in colour cosmetics, skin care and daily chemicals: brush-tip spout pouches for eyeliner liquid, sachets for spot creams and blackhead treatments, plus small liquid samples such as essential oils and cleansing water. Custom projects normally begin with a physical sample or artwork to lock pouch style and dimensions, followed by a proof and then bulk output. Production takes place in our own Dongguan, Guangdong facility, with 10,000-class clean workshop operations. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and scheduling and delivery are tracked according to the order timeline.
