Built around a 5kg-class fill, this pouch uses a wider body and a folded bottom gusset to stand upright and keep a relatively stable profile when full. The top has an integrated handle, allowing a consumer or construction worker to lift the whole bag with one hand without an extra outer bag, which simplifies both transport and shelf presentation.
The pouch surface is a printed lamination that accepts full-face brand and product artwork. Specifications and net content are clearly printed on the front, making different pack sizes easy to distinguish on the same shelf. Its laminated structure provides a moisture-vapor barrier that helps powders stay free-flowing and reduces caking in humid conditions, while the heat-seal inner layer creates a tight closure; at this larger fill weight, seal-edge strength is a critical control point.
Fill weight, pouch dimensions, and handle style can be adjusted to the product's bulk density and retail format, while printing plates are made from the customer's artwork. For powder products, we recommend producing a fill-weight sample first to test handle load-bearing, base stability, and drop performance. Once the structure is confirmed, bulk production can be scheduled; MOQ and lead time are set according to the final specification.
