5g Irregular Spout Pouches for Cosmetic Samples | Foil & Metallized Sachets

Built for single-portion filling of low-volume cosmetic liquids, these foil and metallized pouches can be produced as three-side-seal, four-side-seal, stand-up or irregular die-cut formats. The die-cut shape can follow the bottle outline or the retail presentation. Spout choices include standard spouts, angled spouts and screw-cap valves; each spout is heat-sealed to the pouch for smooth flow and easy squeeze-out with low residue. Heat-sealed edges lie flat and feel smooth in hand, and tear notches, hang holes or laser tear lines can be added on request.

The material base uses aluminum foil laminates and metallized laminates. PET, AL, VMPET, PE and NY layers can be combined to match the contents and required barrier level, helping block light, reduce oxidation and resist product interaction. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, suitable for spot colours, full-surface backgrounds and fine line graphics with clear dots and stable registration. Standard capacities span 5g–100g; 3g trial sachets and 200g refill formats can also be evaluated, and matching roll film in the same structure is available.

Applications cover sample, travel-size and single-dose packs for colour cosmetics, skincare, household and personal care liquids, including eyeliner, highlighter, lip gloss, brow tint, mascara, serum and hair oil.
