4.5L Handled Spout Aluminum Foil Pouch for Hydrogen-Rich Water | Hydrogen Permeation Barrier

For hydrogen-rich water, active hydrogen water and other small-molecule liquids that are sensitive to gas loss, this 4.5L handled spout aluminum foil pouch combines portability with controlled pouring. It can be built as a standing pouch or a handled format, with a carry hole and spout at the top so larger fills remain easy to carry. Sealing follows the bag style: four-side or three-side. The spout base is heat-sealed for a reinforced joint that helps limit leakage. Valves or spout caps can also be added when filling efficiency or end use requires them.

The main structure uses aluminum foil laminated with food-grade plastic films. Depending on barrier needs, it can be made with aluminum foil lamination, metallized lamination, or an added EVOH barrier layer, creating multilayer resistance to hydrogen molecules, oxygen and moisture. Printing is done by 1-8 color gravure, and we accept samples or artwork for layout and color matching. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; bag width, bag length, spout diameter and handle style can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available.

Typical applications include hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water, functional drinks, concentrates and plant extracts where gas barrier matters, as well as household care and disinfectant liquids. The custom process covers requirement review, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production and shipment, all followed by our Dongguan factory.
