1L High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Cili Juice Concentrate with Reclosable Cap

Built as a stand-up pouch, this pack uses an expanded bottom gusset to keep a filled bag upright on the shelf. Wide heat seals around the edges create a flat, secure closure that resists drops and compression, making the format well suited to heavier liquid contents. At the top, a spout with a switchable screw cap lets users open, pour and reseal the pack as needed, while reducing drips and spills; alternative spout or valve formats can be supplied to suit different filling systems.

The laminate combines aluminum foil with food-grade films, forming a high-barrier layer against oxygen, moisture and light. This helps limit oxidation and supports flavour and colour retention. For branding, the outer surface accepts 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering sharp graphics and stable colour tones across full-coverage, spot-matt and window-style designs. Pouch dimensions can be tailored, with standard capacities from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film is available when a continuous filling process is required.

Common applications include juice drinks, fruit concentrates, jams, sauces, dairy products and liquid supplements, along with liquid household and agrochemical products.
