These screw-cap detergent pouches are built as stand-up and refill formats, formed with three-side or four-side seals and a folded bottom gusset for shelf stability. A threaded screw cap sits at the top, optionally fitted with a leak-resistant inner plug or silicone valve, so the pouch can be opened and closed repeatedly. Filled with hand wash, sanitiser or liquid soap, the pack is ready to ship and sell as a retail refill unit.
The pouch body is typically a food-grade laminate such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/PE, with barrier thickness adjusted to the acidity and shelf-life of the fill. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure for sharp graphics, matt or gloss finishes and spot varnish. Standard volumes span 500ml to 2L; bag dimensions and cap diameters can be matched to your filling line, and matching roll film is available for automatic form-fill-seal equipment.
Applications include household care, disinfection and personal care — hand wash, laundry liquid, body wash and hand sanitiser gel refills.
