This spout pouch is built for sensor-operated dispensers and press-pump heads used in hand hygiene and liquid soap applications. The pouch is formed as a stand-up spout bag with three- or four-side seals and a widened bottom gusset, so it stands upright on shelf or in carton. The spout accepts press-drop pumps, flip-top caps or dispenser-specific fitments, giving controlled dosing and a leak-resistant seal after filling with hand soap, alcohol gel or sanitizer.
Material build-up is tailored to the fill: typical laminates include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, all with a food-grade inner sealing layer, offering good barrier, flex-crack and drop resistance for container-load sea freight. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes available. Standard volumes span 500ml to 3L, and pouch format, dimensions and spout size can be adjusted to match your filling line.
Applications cover household cleaning, disinfection and hygiene, hotel and catering supplies, private-label retail and personal-care channels, packed with hand soap, waterless gel or liquid detergent. For OEM/ODM programmes, send us a sample, drawing or brand artwork and we develop the structure, print and fitment accordingly.
