These spout pouches are designed as refill packs for sensor-activated soap and sanitiser dispensers. Each pouch is built on a stand-up format with a folded bottom gusset and reinforced four-side seals, fitted with a one-way dispensing valve or threaded suction-fit spout that locks directly into the dispenser body. Seal strength and film resilience are checked so liquid flows smoothly under pressure and the pack resists leakage when stored upside down, making it suitable for hand wash, foam sanitiser and similar free-flowing liquids.
The laminate is built from a food-grade PE inner layer with PET or NY outer layers and a barrier middle layer, available in matte, gloss or metallised finishes to suit the fill. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing with tight registration and consistent colour control, and we accept custom artwork supplied as samples or drawings. Standard capacities run from 500ml to 1000ml, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and 800g foam formats can be adjusted; matching roll film is available on the same specification.
Typical applications include sensor dispensers, hand wash units and foam sanitiser stations in hotels, retail, offices and public facilities, as well as refill packs for brand owners' own liquid soap lines. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom and in-house conversion from printing to lamination and pouch making. Export orders ship as full container loads and we support the packing list, invoice and other export documents. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduled after artwork or samples are confirmed.
