This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid soap and sanitiser filling lines. The body is formed with three- or four-side seals and a folded bottom gusset, so a filled bag stands upright and keeps its shape under repeated pump action. The spout can be specified as a foam pump, mist sprayer or flip-top cap, with the neck dimension matched to the pump you already buy. Sealing areas are widened to lower leakage risk in transit and on shelf.
Laminates are chosen around your formula: PET/PE for general detergents, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE where a barrier layer is needed, all in food-grade grades for personal-care liquids. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, giving accurate brand colour reproduction and consistent batches. Pouch capacity ranges from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film can be produced in the same run for automatic filling lines, helping importers keep one artwork reference across formats.
Typical applications include hand wash, liquid soap, alcohol gel, sanitiser and household cleaning liquids. For OEM/ODM programmes, send samples, drawings or brand files and we handle artwork separation, plate making, proofing, printing and lamination. The plant is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom plus in-house extrusion lamination, slitting and pouch making.
