For large-scale farms that run colostrum through automated filling lines, the pouch opening needs to integrate cleanly with both filling and feeding equipment. This calf colostrum pouch is built from a foil or metallised laminate: the aluminium layer provides light protection while keeping the pouch flexible under refrigeration. A feeding tube set into the mouth allows metered filling on an automatic filler and direct feeding through a feeder, removing one transfer step. Its stand-up format lets filled pouches be refrigerated and stacked in cases, then pulled out batch by batch. Available in 1-5L fills, it supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, and both the interface and artwork can be customised to farm or equipment-maker requirements.
