4L Colostrum Spout Pouch for Calf Feeding, Pasteurized, Rigid Holder Compatible

This colostrum pouch is built as a stand-up pouch with a spouted outlet. The body is formed with a combination of three-side and back seals, giving flat, consistent seam lines and reliable seal integrity. A screw-cap spout accepts a calf feeding tube, and the pouch can also be squeezed directly once the cap is closed. A matching rigid holder keeps the filled pouch upright through filling, transport and feeding, reducing tipping and leakage on farm. Reinforced top and bottom seals suit high-volume dairy filling lines.

Pouches are made from food-grade laminates, typically PET/NY/PE or PET/AL/PE, with the barrier layer and inner sealant film selected to suit the filling and pasteurisation process. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds artwork detail and colour consistency across repeat export orders; custom artwork from samples or drawings is accepted. Standard capacities run from 1L to 5L, and other formats can be developed around fill volume, pouch style and tube diameter. Matching roll film is available for customers who fill on their own form-fill-seal lines.
