Colostrum Pouches with Feeding Tube for Calves, 2.5L–4L

These colostrum pouches are built for calf feeding on dairy farms. The pouch body uses a three-side-seal or stand-up construction with reinforced bottom and side heat seals that hold up to filling, lifting and transport. The spout can be configured as a feeding-tube port or a screw cap, and the pouch is sized to sit in a hand-carry plastic crate for easy carrying and portioned feeding. Available in 2.5L and 4L, matching a single calf's first colostrum feed and reducing decanting waste.

Pouch material is a food-grade laminate, typically PET/PE or PET/AL/PE multi-layer, with a food-contact inner sealing layer and an optional barrier layer for light and oxygen protection. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, giving stable colour and accurate registration so brand logos and label information reproduce faithfully. Alongside 2.5L and 4L finished pouches, we supply matching roll film for customers running their own filling lines.

Typical applications include dairy farming, calf rearing, milk processing and veterinary supply channels, as well as other liquid dairy products needing measured filling and clean storage.
