Part of our colostrum pouch range, this calf feeding pouch is designed for dairy operations that need to deliver colostrum or reconstituted milk replacer to newborn calves. The top loop allows a filled pouch to hang from a rail or pen gate, while the delivery tube and drinking opening let the calf suck at its own pace. That setup reduces the workload of manual, one-by-one feeding.
The pouch body is built from a PET, AL, PA and PE laminate. AL contributes barrier performance and helps limit the effects of light and oxygen; PA adds toughness and puncture resistance; PET supports stiffness and printability; and PE forms the heat-seal layer that comes into direct contact with the contents. This food-grade structure is intended to hold up through on-farm filling and handling while keeping the pouch leak-free.
As a custom liquid pouch supplier, we make this bag to your required litre size and tube length, and print farm or brand information in 1–8 colours. The filling mouth and delivery tube can be matched to your feeding equipment. Production takes place at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility, and samples can be supplied before you commit to a batch.
