Built for calf colostrum drenching and routine feeding, this pouch has a shaped outline with either three-side or four-side seals that stay flat and secure. A suckle nozzle is fitted at the top; it opens easily and keeps flow controllable, so the bag can be pointed directly at a drencher or attached to a feeding line. Where needed, a clear viewing window can be left in the milky white body for a fast check of remaining liquid.
Food-grade PE forms the main body and gives it a clean milky white look, while the inner laminate structure balances toughness with sealing reliability for standard filling, handling and transport. Artwork is produced using 1–8 color gravure printing: text, graphics and color blocks can be matched from supplied files, and the cylinder layout plus color matching are approved by both parties before plates are made. Volumes range from 1L to 5L, with 4L the typical choice, and both bag dimensions and nozzle diameter can be adjusted.
Typical applications cover colostrum drenching on dairy farms, veterinary and nutrient liquid packing, pet milk products and laboratory liquid sampling. Custom work starts when you send a sample or drawing; we then confirm pouch style, material, nozzle and print plan, followed by sampling and bulk production.
