This valve-equipped bag-in-box (BIB) pouch is built for frozen yogurt and liquid filling programmes, with capacities from 1 L up to 200 L. Common sizes include 5 L, 10 L, 15 L, 20 L and 22 L. It can handle yogurt, juice, drinking water, edible oil, milk and liquid emulsions, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Three film options are available: transparent, metallized and pure aluminium. Transparent film makes the fill easy to inspect; metallized film balances light protection with cost; pure aluminium is selected for stronger barrier performance. The flexible inner bag works with an outer carton. After filling, the liquid stays inside the pouch, the valve controls dispensing, and the bag collapses as the level drops to help reduce air ingress. A fitting allowance between pouch and carton keeps the bag positioned securely, so the pack stands stably on a shelf.

Printing can run from 0 to 8 colours, allowing either a plain unprinted bag or a full-colour design. Accessories include a butterfly valve, a pointed spout, an oil valve and a handled paper carton; the handled carton supports store display and easier carrying for consumers. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

Typical contents are yogurt, frozen dairy, fruit juice drinks, edible oil, drinking water and milk, and the format also suits portioning of sauce-type liquids. One bag format can serve both dairy and beverage projects; the valve and printed artwork are simply changed to match the contents.
