This bag-in-box format combines a flexible pouch with a rigid outer carton, giving importers a practical pack for medium and large liquid volumes. The pouch is sealed on all four sides with a reinforced bottom gusset so it stands upright inside the box, while the aseptic butterfly valve is heat-sealed to the film for smooth pouring and repeated opening and closing. The construction suits filling, storage, transport and end-user dispensing.
Pouches are built from food-grade laminates, typically a metallised film bonded to a PE inner layer for oxygen and light barrier plus drop resistance; PET, NY and AL structures are also available to match the fill. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses for consistent registration and detailed artwork. Standard volumes cover 1L, 2L, 5L and 10L, with other formats developed on request, and matching roll film is supplied for automated lines.
Typical applications include wine, juice, beverages, edible oil, syrups, liquid condiments, and household or industrial liquids for export markets. Buyers can send samples or drawings and we handle artwork, proofing and production, with matching roll film available in the same colour build. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, container-load shipping and export documentation support.
