Product details

For liquids that are prone to microbial spoilage—lemon juice, thick concentrate and liquid egg among them—this transparent bag-in-box uses an aseptic cap to seal the pouch after filling. Users unscrew the cap to pour without exposing the entire bag. The clear pouch wall makes it easy to check fill level and sediment, which is useful for bulk containers supplied to shops and catering kitchens.

The pouch can be built from metallized film, pure aluminium foil or a transparent laminate, with a heat-seal inner layer. Aluminium layers deliver oxygen and light barrier; a clear construction gives up part of that barrier in exchange for visibility. Welding the aseptic cap onto the pouch mouth is the critical step that prevents leakage during storage and transport.

Available volumes span 1–20 L. The 10 L and 15–22 L references in the product name map to common single-container and large-container formats. Printing is offered in 1–8 colours. Accessories include a valve and carton. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch style and cap type can be discussed.

Typical fills are lemon juice, thick concentrate, liquid egg and cooking oil. The same structure also suits juice drinks, milk and sauces. In the market, these packs are also called bag-in-box, liquid pouch or juice pouch.

Kody Packaging produces this bag-in-box in Dongguan, Guangdong. At the lamination and pouch-making stages, the film combination is adjusted to suit the liquid being packed. Sampling is completed before volume production.

Different film structures and print colour counts lead to different pricing, and large-container formats use more film. Quotations are therefore based on the approved sample and order quantity. Please contact us for details.
