Built in either stand-up or handheld configurations, this valve pouch uses four-side seals with flat, tailored edges. Load-bearing zones receive wider heat seals to help prevent leakage. At the spout, choose a push-button valve or screw-cap tap; both support smooth dispensing and repeated open/close cycles. A handle or die-cut carry hole lets users hold and pour with one hand, making the pouch suitable for repeated use from refrigeration to outdoor settings.

For the pouch body, multi-layer laminates such as PET, NY, AL and PE are common. Barrier layers and inner sealant layers are selected around the fill product to balance folding endurance, moisture resistance and prolonged liquid contact. 1-8 colour gravure printing delivers crisp detail and consistent colour, and can include full-coverage backgrounds, matt accents or transparent windows. Capacities span 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, valve diameter and handle format are customisable to artwork, and matching roll film can be supplied.

Typical applications include beverages, drinking water, concentrated juice and oil/vinegar dressings, as well as bar service, camping, outdoor events and household water storage.
