Pure Aluminium & Metallized BIB Bag-in-Box | 1–200 L Sterile Valve Pouch for Premium Water, Mineral Water, Baijiu & Red Wine

For liquids such as mineral water, baijiu and red wine, where sealing integrity and hygienic handling matter, the valve pouch is filled and then inserted into an outer carton to create a complete bag-in-box format. The flexible bag conforms to the carton, while the valve governs dispensing, allowing contents to be used over more than one serving.

Its body is a laminate of pure aluminium, metallized film and transparent film. The aluminium layer blocks moisture and oxygen, the metallized layer limits light exposure, and the clear portion allows the fill level to be checked. The food-contact inner layer is selected for liquid food applications, edge seals are formed consistently, and the valve seat is heat-sealed onto the pouch.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours. Fill capacities run from 1 L to 200 L, so pouch length can be matched to the intended volume. Available fittings include butterfly valves, oil valves, pointed-spout valves and tap valves, plus the outer carton. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
