Built for liquid storage and dispensing, this bag-in-box pouch prioritizes strength and easy pouring. Its four sides are reinforced with strong seals, and the bottom folds into a stand-up shape so the filled bag sits securely inside a corrugated box. At the fitment, choose a one-way nozzle, butterfly valve, or standard screw cap for smooth outflow and convenient resealing. When portability matters, handle and grip options can be added, making retail and takeaway handling simpler.
The pouch body combines PET, NY, AL or metallized film with PE, finished with a food-grade PE heat-seal layer; barrier construction can be tailored to the fill. Capacities span roughly 100ml to 5L, and popular 1L, 3L and 5L formats are available. Graphics are produced with 1-8 colour gravure printing, with support for customization from physical samples or supplied artwork, delivering clear image detail and consistent colour registration. Matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied for automated filling lines.
Typical uses cover coffee liquid, concentrated juice, red wine, syrup, soy sauce and other beverages in BIB format, along with takeaway, cross-border shipping and in-store portioning. Custom projects generally begin with a requirements discussion, followed by sample or artwork confirmation, proofing, and bulk production once the sample pouch is approved. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with printing and bag making completed in-house to meet agreed delivery milestones.
