For juice beverage filling lines, this Bag-in-Box (BIB) valve pouch is made with a PET+AL+PE pure-foil laminate that delivers the highest oxygen and moisture barrier. Its integrated one-way valve lets headspace gas escape after filling while preventing outside air from flowing back in. Because organic acids and pulp in fruit juice can speed up film hydrolysis, and the contents are sensitive to light, the packaging must balance acid resistance, light blocking and flavor retention. It suits ambient and chilled shelf display, with lamination, capacity and printed artwork all customizable per order.
