Metallized High-Barrier 5L BIB Bag with Ring-Pull Oil Valve for Liquid Transfer

The bag is used together with a carton or plastic outer container, so once filled it can be boxed and palletised directly for industrial and food-grade liquid transfer, storage and shipping. Its main format is a stand-up pillow bag with clean, strong heat-sealed edges. For dispensing, choose either a 5L ring-pull oil valve or a spout valve: after the ring pull is opened, a pump or hose can be connected to draw liquid with less open-bag handling. The fitment uses a welded flange for a dependable seal, helping resist leakage when the bag is upside down or on its side; the outer box can be reused.

Laminates are mainly built from metallized PET, PET, NY and PE films. The metallized layer delivers the oxygen, light and moisture barrier, while the inner PE layer supports heat sealing and compatibility with the liquid; thickness and layer structure can be adjusted for the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, and custom work from supplied samples or artwork is accepted, giving saturated colours, clear gradation and faithful reproduction of fine text and graphics. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, valve position and outlet diameter can be matched to your outer box and filling line, and roll film in the same material is also available.

Common uses include edible oil, soy sauce, syrup, fruit puree, detergent and lubricating oil, covering both transfer and final packaging, along with industrial liquid distribution in chemical and household care applications.
