Built for high-volume liquid filling, this bag-in-box valve pouch carries a valve on the bag face and handles beverage syrup, concentrated juice, syrup and other thicker liquid products. Once paired with the right connector, the flexible bag can feed a beverage dispenser, making it a practical choice for centralized supply in restaurants and drink shops.
The bag uses a PET/AL/PE laminate. Aluminium provides the barrier that helps limit oxidation, PET adds stiffness and printability, and PE acts as the heat-seal layer that also seals against the valve. Standard capacities run from 5 L to 20 L, printing can be 1–8 colors, and both the connector and valve can be customized to match dispenser specifications. An outer carton can be supplied separately for easier handling and stacking.
Typical applications include beverage syrup, concentrated juice, syrup, dairy products and sauces, often used by restaurant chains and beverage outlets.
