Built for liquid packaging in foodservice and food processing, this bag-in-box places a flexible pouch inside a carton or plastic crate, creating a stable upright unit for stacking. Four-side seals keep the bag panel flat. At the outlet, a pull-ring spout remains closed during transport and can be connected to a compatible fitment or dispensing valve for filling, measured dispensing and hygienic handling—well suited to edible oil, sauces and similar liquids that require portioning and clean operation.
The pouch uses a four-layer laminate. Its PE inner liner is suitable for direct contact with edible oil and comparable liquids, while the outer substrates can be selected according to the project to balance stiffness, barrier and puncture resistance. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving consistent colour reproduction across the full design. Standard volumes cover 10L to 22L; bag dimensions and spout specifications can be matched to your filling line.
Common uses include foodservice edible oil, seasoning sauces, concentrates, liquid syrups, and selected chemical and home-care liquids. Customization can begin from your sample or artwork; we first confirm the structure, material and print layout, then move to sampling and bulk production. Manufacturing is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film made from the same material is available. Production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
