Food-Grade Bag-in-Box with Aseptic Valve for Egg Liquid and Tomato Paste, 3L–220L

This bag-in-box format pairs a flexible inner pouch with a corrugated outer carton. The pouch is formed with four-side or pillow-style heat seals, and an aseptic valve or standard screw spout is welded into the top panel with a reinforced seal around the fitment. Empty pouches fold flat, so they ship and store economically, while the outer carton provides stacking strength once filled — a practical structure for importers who fill locally and distribute in container loads.

For the laminate, we build food-grade structures around the filling: PE contact layers combined with PET, PA or foil, chosen for oxygen barrier, light protection or low-temperature performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, so brand colours and artwork detail reproduce consistently across runs. Standard volumes run from 3L and 5L through 20L to 220L, and pouch dimensions, fitment size and film thickness can be adjusted to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
