The defining feature of this valve pouch is its base: each side is folded into an internal gusset, so after filling the bottom opens into a near-square footprint. That geometry keeps stacked pouches stable, helps prevent toppling, and improves resistance to compression during shipping. It is a proven format for 3L to 25L industrial and agricultural liquids, including diesel exhaust fluid (AdBlue), liquid fertiliser, antifreeze, disinfectant and cleaning chemicals.
A butterfly valve controls the outlet. Turn the valve 90 degrees to dispense; flow is fast, and it closes without dripping. The external thread connects directly to a transfer pump or hose, making measured dispensing easy in the field or on the factory floor. The pouch body is made from a PA+PE lamination that resists drops and punctures, with a matt or gloss outer finish available.
Lifting loops or handles can be added at the corners. Filled pouches can be shipped inside an outer carton or stacked bare. Customisable options include volume, valve type (butterfly, ball or quick-connect), film thickness and barrier grade, handles, matching outer carton, and the full printed layout. Customisation from artwork or sample is supported, with free sampling.
