Double-Layer Valve Bag for DEF & Liquid Fertilizer | 1L–20L, Optional Drain Tube

Developed for liquid packaging, this valve bag has a double-layer laminated body with four-side seals that are flat and strong. Its outlet is a threaded valve that accepts an add-on drain tube. Liquid dispenses smoothly and can be shut off at any moment, which helps cut dripping, residual product and recontamination. The bag can be configured as stand-up or pillow style to match the use case, and valve position, tube diameter and bag dimensions are adjustable, making it suitable for liquids that require measured pouring and repeated opening and closing.

The body is laminated from films such as PE, PET, PA and aluminium foil. The inner layer can be selected around the liquid's corrosiveness and barrier needs, balancing chemical resistance with puncture durability. Printing is carried out in 1-8 colour gravure, giving crisp image layers and stable registration for branding and product information. Standard capacities span 1L–20L. Film thickness, valve type, drain tube length and bag shape can all be proofed and confirmed from your sample or drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Common uses include diesel exhaust fluid (urea), liquid fertilisers, foliar feeds, cleaning agents and certain chemical liquids. The format is designed to withstand transport, storage and field or workshop conditions. The custom process moves from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation through sampling and sign-off to volume production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house 1-8 colour gravure printing. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled against the approved sample and production timeline. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as well.
