This wine pouch is the flexible inner bag of a bag-in-box (BIB) pack, designed to sit inside an outer carton with a valve mounted on the bag. It is used for filling liquids such as wine, juice and edible oil. When empty, the bag collapses for compact handling; the carton supplies support and protection, while the valve allows controlled, on-demand pouring for foodservice supply and household use over multiple servings.
The bag body is a PET + AL + PE laminate. The AL layer provides barrier protection against oxygen and light, PET contributes stiffness, and PE acts as the heat-seal layer that closes the bag edges and bonds to the valve seat. Capacities range from 1 L to 20 L, printing supports 1–8 colors, and valve choices include a standard turn-knob type or a pump version. The valve can be selected to match the outer carton structure.
Typical contents include wine, fruit wine, juice, edible oil and mineral water, with common use in catering supply and family-size packs.
