Custom Sock-Shaped Valve Pouch in Food-Grade Aluminum Foil Laminate for Wine, Juice & Liquid Filling

Pouring performance drives the design of this shaped pouch. A twist or press valve is welded into the top edge, so liquid flows out evenly with very little backflow or dripping. The body is formed as a sock shape with flat, firm four-side seals, and its outline, including a narrowed waist or rounded corners, can be adjusted as needed. Extra thickness is applied at the valve weld so it withstands repeated squeezing; the pouch stands upright on a shelf or hangs from a peg, balancing shelf stand-out with real handling comfort.

The body uses a food-grade aluminum foil laminate, commonly built as PET / foil / nylon / PE or a similar multi-layer structure that balances oxygen barrier, light blocking and flex resistance, adapting well to standard filling lines and the compression of transport. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure for saturated colour and stable registration, with full-bleed coverage, matte finishing or open white areas all available. Capacities are customizable between 100ml and 5L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter and dispensing style can follow your drawing; matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as well.

In use, this pouch is common for wine, juice, beverages, concentrates, jams and sauces, and it also covers portioned serving for outdoor, catering and banquet settings. The customization path is straightforward: first share a sample or artwork, then confirm the pouch structure and print layout, approve the proof, and finally move into bulk production.
