This bag-in-box pack combines an outer paper carton with an inner flexible pouch. After filling, the carton provides support, shelf presence and protection, while the pouch manages sealing and dispensing. The pouch is heat-sealed along all four edges for a clean, reliable seal, and can be supplied with a spout or valve, usually a single-spout format, for steady pouring and minimal product waste. Once opened, the pouch stays upright inside the carton, which makes repeated dispensing and longer-term storage easier.

The inner pouch uses aluminized laminated film to deliver light-blocking and barrier properties; film layers can be tailored to the product being filled. It is matched with a corrugated carton that gives strong rigidity for stacking and shipping. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, producing detailed graphics and dependable colour consistency. We accept custom work from samples or artwork and can also supply matching roll film made from the same material. Standard capacities include 1L, 2L and 3L, while bag design, spout placement and carton openings can be modified for your filling line.

These packs are widely used for coffee liquid, wine, juice, syrup, fruit concentrate and various seasoning liquids, serving food and beverage brands, catering chains and household chemical applications. The custom workflow normally follows: confirm capacity and dispensing method, provide a sample or artwork, approve the material structure and print layout, then proceed to proofing and mass production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; printing, lamination and bag making are all completed in-house.
