Custom Odor-Free PE Water-Film BIB Valve Pouches for Milk – 1–200 L, Transparent/Metallized/Aluminium

Designed for milk and liquid foods, this bag-in-box liner can be filled in 1 L, 2 L, 3 L, 1 KG and similar formats, then placed inside an outer carton to create a complete BIB pack. Transparent film makes the remaining fill level easy to monitor; the PE water-film construction keeps the pouch flexible for milk and drinking water; and a valve enables repeated dispensing without opening the whole liner.

The pouch is built from a multilayer laminate and can be specified in metallized, pure aluminium or transparent versions. Metallized film is used primarily to block light and oxygen; pure aluminium adds a stronger barrier against moisture and oxygen; transparent film keeps the contents visible. Finished pouches stay supple and resist becoming brittle at folded corners.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours and is produced from customer artwork. Capacities span 1–200 L, so bag length and fitment diameter can be selected to suit the filling line. Fitment options include butterfly, oil, pointed-spout and tap valves. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Typical applications are milk, dairy drinks, drinking water and other liquid foods that need sealed storage. The same pouch format also serves BIB bags, bag-in-box, valve pouches, coffee bags, red wine bags, sauce bags, liquid bags and juice drink bags, giving it a place in beverage, condiment and wine packaging.

Kody Packaging produces these liners in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination, slitting and bag making handled in house. Before dispatch, appearance, seals and valve assembly are inspected, and samples can be made from a reference pouch or drawing. Material structure, valve diameter and artwork change by order, so pricing follows the confirmed sample; pouch length and fitment diameter are agreed alongside carton size.
