Custom Metallized BIB Wine Pouch | 3 L / 5 L Butterfly Valve with Dispensing Tap

Built around 3 L and 5 L formats, this bag-in-box pouch uses a butterfly valve at the spout and can be fitted with a tap. It is intended for red wine base filling and wine portioning. The volume system extends across 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag body can be built from transparent, metallized (VMPET) and pure aluminium (AL) materials. The metallized layer blocks light, transparent areas make fill-level checking easier, and pure aluminium raises barrier performance. A butterfly valve dispenses at a gentler pace, while the tap allows liquid to be drawn directly from the cardboard outer carton—useful for repeated opening at a bar or at home. Tap-to-valve positioning is fixed during bag making, so the outlet resists loosening after frequent use.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and leaves room for wine label details and region notes. Valve options include butterfly valve, oil valve and tap valve, with a cardboard outer carton also available; the combination is chosen according to the contents and dispensing habit. The 10,000 pcs MOQ suits wine brands developing a series range. The carton opening lines up with the valve, so the bag does not need to be lifted out during use.

Core applications cover red wine, wine and fruit wine liquids. The pouch also takes on filling needs for juice and seasoning liquids, and is often used for winery base-liquid transfer and large-format retail. Because base-liquid filling places higher demands on sealing, seal edges are arranged around the contents.
