For filling hand sanitizer, liquid soap, disinfectants and similar liquids, this valve pouch can be built as a stand-up or handle format, with clean and strong three-side or four-side seals. A sensor pump or press pump sits at the top for smooth dispensing and neat suck-back, helping reduce leakage. The valve-to-pouch weld position can be adjusted to suit different bottle-neck dimensions, so both manual press and automatic sensor dispensing are supported.

Typical laminate structures include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with an inner heat-seal layer developed for liquid filling; barrier level can be selected according to the product being packed. 1-8 colour gravure printing delivers rich colour and stable registration, and customisation from artwork or physical samples is available. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while pouch dimensions, spout diameter and pump style can be modified; matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

These pouches are widely used for liquid refill and portion packaging in daily chemicals, hotel amenities, medical care, food service and industrial cleaning. The custom route is: confirm pouch style and pump specification, provide artwork or a sample, approve the proof, then proceed to mass production.
