For projects that need a BIB liquid pouch across a broad fill range, this custom option covers 0.5 L to 220 L. The pouch body can be specified in metallized, pure aluminium or transparent material, and it is designed for aseptic filling and transport of liquids such as red wine, juice and spring water. When used without a rigid outer shell, empty pouches can be rolled or stacked, helping reduce return freight and warehouse space.

Each material serves a different priority: metallized film balances light blocking with cost, pure aluminium delivers a stronger barrier, and transparent film lets users see the liquid condition. The pouch is formed by laminating a base film with a heat-seal inner layer; the inner layer creates the seal and contacts the liquid, while the outer layer handles printing and abrasion resistance. For aseptic use, pouches are sterilised before filling.

Production is available from 0.5 L to 220 L, with pouch dimensions scaling as capacity increases. Transport and storage methods can be coordinated with the outer packaging the customer already uses.
