A double bottom gusset gives the bag a stable upright shape once filled and keeps it from collapsing inside its outer carton, so bag and carton together form a complete bag-in-box system. Sealing on all four sides is flat and secure, valve diameters can be chosen to suit your filling equipment, and bag dimensions plus valve placement can be adapted to your line, making this a practical option for medium and large liquid packaging where transport protection and shelf presentation both matter.

Food-grade aluminum foil laminated film is the standard bag material, though PE, PET and NY can also be combined around the specific contents, balancing barrier performance against flex resistance as needed. Artwork is reproduced with 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail and stable colour, and matte or glossy surface finishing is available. Capacities cover 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter and dispensing style can be customised from your samples or drawings; matching laminated roll film is available too, for filling lines that run continuously.

Coffee concentrate, wine, juice, syrup, edible oil and a wide range of sauces are typical fillings for this pouch, and it suits restaurant chains and food factories alike.
