Valve choice can follow your filler and usage method: a screw-cap spout is the standard option, while shaped spouts and drawing-based tooling are also supported for a distinctive brand look.

The pouch is usually constructed from aluminum foil laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE. These structures balance barrier performance with flexibility, blocking light, oxygen and moisture for liquid contents that need a defined shelf life. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure technology, delivering crisp detail and saturated color, with options for full coverage or reserved white areas. Capacities span 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and valve position are all adjustable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
