Custom Aluminium Foil Bag-in-Box for Red Wine – Aseptic Liquid Valve Pouch, 1–200 L

Air exposure and leakage are the main risks when red wine is stored, decanted or poured repeatedly. This foil bag-in-box keeps the wine inside a valved inner pouch that closes again after each pour, limiting contact with outside air; fitted with an outer carton, it is ready for retail or food service.

The pouch wall combines metallized film, pure aluminium and a transparent layer. The foil component mainly blocks light and oxygen, the aluminium component improves moisture resistance, and the clear area shows how much liquid remains. The structure is less likely to become brittle and crack when folded; the valve seat is heat-sealed in place and the dispensing path is short.
