For edible oil, soy sauce, juice concentrates, alcoholic drinks and chemical liquids that are filled once and then drawn down repeatedly, this dual-gusset pouch places a butterfly valve in the top panel. The valve handle lets users adjust how fast the liquid flows, and it closes to a reliable seal. That means dispensing can happen without removing a cap and with less drip than a simple opening—useful when the pack is handled during transport.
The dual-gusset base forms support folds on both sides; after filling, the pouch takes on a near-square footprint for stable stacking and transport. Its PET/AL/NY/PE laminate is built for the job: PET adds stiffness and printability, AL acts as a light and oxygen barrier that helps protect product quality, NY improves flexibility and drop resistance, and PE serves as the heat-seal layer. The inner seal closes around the valve seat. Capacity commonly ranges from 3 L to 25 L, with 5 L a frequent format. Valve placement can be centered or offset, and valve type, seat size, pouch dimensions and outer packaging can be matched to filling and dispensing equipment; an outer bag or carton can complete the transport pack.
Printing can include product and batch information in 1–8 colours. Kody Packaging manufactures in Dongguan, Guangdong, and adjusts structure, thickness and valve fitment to the liquid being filled.
